They also feature an adjustable shank assembly with multiple mounting holes for varying heights and a removable clevis bar to accept a lunette ring or tow hook. CURT adjustable ball mounts have a gross trailer weight capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. with the appropriate trailer ball, allowing them to tow a variety of heavyweight trailers with multiple coupler types. CURT’s adjustable shank can also be used with the tri-ball adjustable ball mount assembly to add an additional trailer ball size to your towing arsenal.
