Online Return Policy

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our California store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment.  A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. 

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This included specialty orders and sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.

By Mail

Returning online orders is easy. Return your eligible items by mail or take them to a Campway’s or Truck Tops USA store. To return by mail, please contact us at casey@campways.com to start the return process. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.

1. Mail by the shipping method of your choice

2. Ship it!

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer. Please note: Campway’s is not responsible for any items returned without approval or returned to us by mistake.

In-person

To return or exchange your items in person, take your eligible items and packing slip or order confirmation email to your closest Campway’s or Truck Tops USA store. Most returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

Refunds

We will email you when your return is processed. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

Please note: We do not accept COD returns. Campway’s is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

Order Issues: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
