Most parts displayed online are available at our warehouse/distribution center for delivery. Some capital items are available for dropship directly from the manufacturer. Other items including camper shells, tractors, and trailers are not available for delivery and must be ordered and/or picked up in-store.
Orders
Our in-house lead time is 5-7 days for most orders. Certain items including capital items may have longer lead times according to the manufacturer. Customers will receive an order confirmation by email after the order is sent to our warehouse for processing. If an item on order is not available, customers will be notified by email at which point you make request a substitution or change to the order. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we will ship the order without that item or cancel the order.
Shipping
Most orders ship from our Santa Rosa warehouse during regular business days (Monday thru Saturday) unless otherwise notified. Certain items including capital items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Available shipping options are presented at checkout. Transit times are estimates by the shipping provider and are not guarantees of delivery by a specified date. For larger, capital items, we deliver by freight.
Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the shipping provider and method chosen at checkout, delivery location and stock availability. Again, delivery estimates shown at checkout are ESTIMATES, not a guarantee. We have no control over transit times once an order leaves our warehouse. Larger equipment orders may vary from one to several weeks.
When an order is shipped you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for your reference. If you are unsure about an approximate lead time/shipping time reach out to one of our locations and our staff will be more than happy to get you the information you need.

Damage During Shipping
Inspect all merchandise upon delivery. When signing for the delivery, make written note of any visible external damage to the packaging. Open and inspect your package immediately to determine if there is any concealed damage. Report any damage to the carrier and file a claim if necessary.
